About Kerry McCarthy

Kerry has called Cape Cod “home” on and off since 2001. After living in Boston, MA and Denver, CO for several years, she and her husband decided to make the permanent move to the Cape to raise their daughter.

In addition to being a real estate agent, Kerry is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in adoption. In that role, she utilizes active listening and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. She understands that trust is a paramount element in her relationships with her clients. Developing rapport, listening to needs and building trust are of equal importance, when working with clients, in helping them sell or buy the home of their dreams.
