About Gail Delano

My husband and I have called Cape Cod home for the past 32 years. After residing on the South Shore of Boston for many years, we relocated to South Jersey where my husband owned and operated a pollution control company and I managed the administrative end. We were married in N.J. in 1977 and twelve years later we mutually agreed to make a permanent move to Cape Cod.

We mad the move to the Cape in 1988 and never looked back! We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and what the Cape has to offer, that being the Canal with the 6 mile bike trail on both sides, numerous other trails, fishing, great restaurants, antique studios and the many lakes, inlets and harbors. Not to mention the many special Holiday events, parades, sing a longs and open houses showing off our many historic homes. Furthermore, WEATHER is not all that bad, beautiful fall and beautiful summer sea breezes.

Over the 25 years of being a real estate agent serving Cape Cod and the South Shore of Boston, I have had the privilege of serving the needs of both Buyers and Sellers in a diverse marketplace. These are clients, that when it comes to their home, they consider it to be the most important decision of a lifetime. I appreciate that they see me as a trusted and loyal partner in real estate and I respect the responsibility that has been bestowed upon me.

I look forward to engaging with my past clients once again and to the further expansion of new relationships. Honesty integrity and loyalty will always be me goal.
