Real Estate AgentAlex Pendleton is a native of Cape Cod and a nearly lifelong resident of Yarmouth.
Alex and his wife Liisa live in Yarmouthport where they are happily raising their three beautiful daughters. He has taught at the DY High School for more than 20 years where he has won various awards and championships as the Band Director and Department Head of the Music & Performing Arts Department.

In addition to his teaching duties, he has enjoyed being a real estate agent since 2011. When Alex isn’t directing the DY band, or helping his real estate clients, he enjoys skiing in the winter and boating the waters of Nantucket Sound with his family in the summer.
Alex’s extensive teaching experience, along with his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education has provided him with the valuable skills he effectively uses helping and educating home-buyers and sellers.
